We support organizations in the hiring process by administering the MRG IDI assessment, offering deep insight into leadership style and potential fit. Each assessment includes a comprehensive report and expert debrief to support better decision-making before the offer is made.

Assessments can be integrated into any transition coaching engagement. Our certified coaches use a range of tools—including Hogan, IDI, DiSC, and others—to give leaders a sharper view of their strengths, risks, and development focus as they step into a new role.
