A Genesis Certified Coach can provide leaders with personalized support and guidance to help successfully apply the program's strategies and tools to their unique situation.

 

Tailored to leaders' needs, scopes range from 6 to 10 hours. An assessment debrief can be added to any scope.

FNDR Paired with Cohort Coaching

As part of the FNDR process, participating organizations may enroll a cohort of 4–6 leaders in cohort coaching. These leaders will engage in three 90-minute virtual sessions designed to strengthen peer connections and share experiences within their organization.

As part of the FNDR process, organizations may provide up to 30 leaders access to three live webinars held throughout the program. These facilitator-led sessions are designed to deepen learning and encourage interactive discussion.

FNDR Self-Paced

The self-paced option is available to both organizations and individuals. Organizations may purchase licenses in bulk at a discounted rate for their leaders, while individuals may purchase a single license directly through our storefront. Each license provides six months of access to the online learning platform.
