Additionally, we have taken steps to diversify our global Genesis Leadership Consultant and Coach network over the past three years. This effort ensures that we can provide our clients with a wide range of perspectives and insights, enabling them to better address the complex challenges of our evolving world.
Genesis will continue to learn and grow DEIB mindsets through discussions and training sessions, including a DEIB In the Workplace certificate that is offered to our global consulting and coaching network.
