What Three Days Looks Like 

The program unfolds over three focused days, each with a clear purpose: 

Day 1 — Diagnose Your Situation: Identify your unique transition challenges, set a learning plan for your new role, and adapt your approach to your specific business context. 

Day 2 — Define Your Goals: Plan critical conversations with your manager, define your strategy and vision, and assess and reshape your team. 

Day 3 — Deliver Results: Plan your early wins to build credibility, create momentum, build supportive alliances, and develop strategies to manage your own energy for the long haul. 

Each day includes four hours of facilitation on key First 90 Days concepts, one hour of peer group coaching to gain diverse perspectives, and one hour of 1:1 coaching to reflect, apply, and prioritize your next steps. It’s an immersive format designed to compress learning and accelerate impact.
