Mid-Year Reflection from Genesis CEO

Leadership development is a continuous journey. It requires constant learning, adaptation, and growth. At Genesis Advisers, we believe in partnering with organizations to build leaders who can navigate complexity, inspire teams, and drive results. 

As we reach the halfway point of 2024, we’re taking a moment to reflect on the progress we’ve made together and share insights on the leadership landscape. In this post, we’ll delve into the key trends shaping our industry, discuss the challenges organizations are facing, and highlight some of the successes we’ve achieved so far this year. 

We’re also excited to share a special message from our CEO, Richard Wetzler, who will provide an overview of Genesis’ accomplishments and our vision for the remainder of the year. 

To Our Genesis Community –

As we have just passed the midpoint of 2024, I’m reflecting on the remarkable progress we’ve made together at Genesis. The continued interest and support in our offerings have been instrumental in our journey to support leaders in transition and develop high-performing teams. 

Genesis has experienced significant growth and momentum this year. At the start of the year, our Co-Founder Michael Watkins released his latest book, The Six Disciplines of Strategic Thinking, to great reviews and success. Michael’s work on strategic leadership is engrained in our product offerings and services, including our Leadership Development Journeys.

Genesis also had the opportunity to participate in this year’s SHRM Conference in Las Vegas, where our team was able to connect with current and new clients. It was a great opportunity to connect with HR professionals about The First 90 Days and our other product offerings. These accomplishments are a direct result of our team’s dedication to learning, adaptation, and growth.

This year, we’ve had the privilege of working with organizations across many different industries to address their most critical leadership challenges. Specifically, our Team Development Accelerator has been successfully delivered to some of our major clients in the healthcare industry. The Team Development Accelerator focuses on the growth and development of the team through integrating intentionally, aligning powerfully, collaborating effectively, operating efficiently, and creating energy to achieve results.
